Ask anyone if they are confident and where do they go for the answer? Their past of course! They will base how confident they are on BC how they have been up until now, that's fine but it also means that you're going round in circles, your simply saying I am what I've been doing, have you any idea how crazy that is?

It's saying I'm the sum total of my past (we don't like to hear you saying that because you're not) You are confident but your behaviour may not be confident but that's ok because you are not your behaviour.

Your behaviour is what you do not who you are. Any behaviour that you do but do not want and would not choose is quite simply the by product of the Script that you are reading from.
